Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, creating meaningful connections with our global clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience
  • Work with a security mindset, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese (additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to work with technology, including computers, mobile devices, and software applications
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different locations for training and meetings
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to meet arenaflex's participation guidelines, uniform, and appearance standards
  • Valid visa and U.S. visa

* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality

  • Four-year degree in a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
