Position Overview As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions tailored for heavy equipment dealerships. You’ll work directly with business stakeholders to transform their sales, rental, and service operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role requires a mix of functional consulting, solution design, and system configuration, with an understanding of dealership processes such as unit sales, rental contracts, service management, warranty tracking, and customer engagement. Required Skills & Education

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform certifications. Role-relevant Microsoft certs (role-based Dynamics 365 or Power Platform credentials) or progress toward them
  • Technical skills: JavaScript, C#, plugins, integrations and Azure basics; ability to extend Dynamics with client scripts, plugins, web resources, and familiarity with integration (APIs/Logic Apps) and Azure services
  • Experience with reporting & analytics (Power BI). Ability to design/consume BI and reporting solutions tied to CRM data (Power BI / reporting tools)
  • Client-facing, communication and mentoring skills. Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and ability to mentor junior staff or lead small delivery teams

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on Dynamics 365 / CRM experience (3–6+ years)-Demonstrated implementation/configuration work on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or earlier Dynamics CRM versions across at least a few full project cycles.
  • Experience with Power Platform & Dataverse- Practical use of Power Apps (model-driven/canvas), Power Automate (flows) and Dataverse in implementing business solutions.
  • Strong functional knowledge of CRM processes-Experience mapping business requirements and designing solutions for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Field Service processes.
  • Consulting / delivery experience across the implementation lifecycle-Requirements gathering, workshops, configuration/customization, testing, deployment and client-facing/ stakeholder communication; comfortable in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Industry vertical experience and domain knowledge-Experience in one or more industry domains (e.g., heavy equipment dealerships, manufacturing, automotive dealerships) — would be a big plus!
