[Remote] RPA Developer- Automation Anywhere

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs
  • Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems
  • Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios
  • Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management
  • Partner onsite with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
  • Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities, and/or activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs
  • Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems
  • Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios
  • Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management

  • Ensuring solutions adhere to IT policies, change management, and security standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to successfully facilitate meetings – including information sharing and call to action outcomes
  • Troubleshoot issues by gathering, interpreting and analyzing data and recommending solutions. Analytical thinker and problem-solver
  • Ability to use tools to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
  • Support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently
  • Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and continuously improving solution design
  • Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis
  • Experience with Low Code Development
  • Working knowledge of process engineering software systems
  • Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry
