Position Overview We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to lead the strategic deployment of artificial intelligence across client-facing and internal BPO operations. This role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, designing tailored AI solutions, and guiding successful integration across teams and platforms. You will serve as a bridge between business process excellence and advanced AI technologies—ensuring solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Opportunity Mapping

  • Analyze business operations (customer service, back-office, data management, etc.) to uncover areas where AI and GenAI can add value.
  • Create AI solution roadmaps that align with specific client goals such as cost reduction, service enhancement, and scalability.
  • Develop use cases for automation, predictive analytics, and GenAI-driven tools, tailored to the BPO environment.

Solution Design & Execution

  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and implementation teams to deliver impactful AI solutions—such as chatbots, RPA, document processing, and agent assist technologies.
  • Oversee solution deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess the performance and ROI of AI initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and client partners, translating complex AI concepts into actionable strategies.
  • Provide guidance on AI governance, data ethics, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI and GenAI trends to continuously enhance Intelassist's service offerings.

Change Enablement & User Adoption

  • Lead training sessions and support materials for users adopting new AI tools across operational teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting AI literacy across client and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies, ideally within BPO, shared services, or customer operations
  • Proven ability to design and implement AI solutions such as chatbots, RPA, predictive analytics, and document automation
  • Experience with tools and platforms like Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, UiPath, or similar
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations and process optimization frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders

Preferred Skills

  • Background in consulting related to digital transformation or automation
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive AI adoption across cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of data privacy, AI ethics, and industry-specific compliance standards
  • Familiarity with GenAI applications like large language models (LLMs) for content generation, customer support, and decision-making

Performance Metrics

  • Operational efficiency improvements (e.g., reduced cycle time, improved accuracy)
  • Successful deployment and user adoption rates of AI tools
  • Client satisfaction and retention through AI-driven value delivery
  • Cost savings and productivity gains attributed to implemented solutions
