SAP MM & IWM Architect, AWS Fintech

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP MM architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing the SAP Material Management (MM) module to meet our organizational needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Key job responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with supply chain, procurement, and logistics stakeholders.
  • Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient SAP MM and Logistics solutions, developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery.
  • Configure and customize core SAP MM modules, including Purchasing (PR, PO, RFQ), Inventory Management (IM), Invoice Verification (IV), Material Master Data, and Valuation.
  • Configure and integrate key logistics components, including Warehouse Management (WM) / Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) functionalities.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and best practices for future reference and knowledge transfer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience - 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent experience. - Extensive experience 8 years or more in implementing and configuring the SAP MM module, preferably in similar industry verticals. - Thorough understanding of materials management processes, including inventory management, purchasing, warehouse management, and material requirements planning. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience in planning, development, implementation, and end-to-end life cycle of at least 2-3 complex large-scale enterprise transformations. - Experience with other SAP solutions like Ariba, IBP (Integrated Business Planning), or Digital Manufacturing and familiarity with Agile methodologies are advantageous. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
