Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, managing your workload independently, and working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a remote environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer support and overall team efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of blithequark by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native U.S. English speaker
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience in a remote or call center environment

  • Experience working with overseas teams and managing cross-cultural communication
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with social media and online platforms
