Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, managing your workload independently, and working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer support and overall team efficiency
