IBM is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Support Representative to join our remote team and deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to our global client base. In this fully remote position, you will serve as a vital point of contact for customers seeking assistance with IBM products and services, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, documenting customer interactions in our CRM system, and escalating complex cases to appropriate specialized teams when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment. You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams through digital communication platforms.
Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred, along with familiarity with CRM software and basic technical troubleshooting.
