What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers with payment collection, providing knowledgeable answers, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collection
- Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and guidance on improving performance
- Providing customers with scripted customer feedback to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records
- Participating in virtual team environments to stay connected with colleagues and stay up-to-date on company initiatives
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals with prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. If you've worked in retail, sales, or as a wait staff, you'll find that your skills are highly transferable to this role. To be successful, you'll need:
- A GED or High School Diploma
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
- Strong typing skills (no autocorrect fails here!)

As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can plan ahead with confidence. We operate 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
