Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Major Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and deepen relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our product and service teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue new prospects and pre-identified new prospects, generating leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for penetrating new markets and deepening the relationship between T-Mobile and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive dynamics, continuously updating knowledge of products, services, and market conditions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring and growing an assigned module of targeted mid-sized prospects and base customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-7 years of outside sales experience with a proven history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in solutions/applications selling, telecommunications/technical sales, and business development.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills, with the ability to work well in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective negotiating and closing skills, with the ability to prepare, deliver, and follow-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
