Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive interactions across voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the customer experience, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional support via voice and non-voice channels, providing timely solutions to customer concerns

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and offer personalized assistance, actively listening to their needs and preferences
  • Gather feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment, promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to provide expert-level support

What We're Looking For

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support

  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for building strong relationships
  • Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in high-stress situations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and analysis

Technical Requirements

* Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds

  • Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment, ensuring seamless connectivity and productivity
