Rho is looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our Technology Group in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for testing software and data systems related to our enterprise data warehouse and analytics initiatives. Your work will span functional and performance testing, as well as documentation aligned with SDLC requirements for validated systems.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in computer science or a related field, and experience in testing data and analytics solutions within a cloud data warehousing environment. Preference will be given to candidates located near our Warsaw office, with flexibility to work onsite for collaborative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop test plans and test cases for data warehousing, analytics, and integration projects.
  • Execute test cases, document findings, and track issues through resolution.
  • Analyze workflows, document test outcomes, and recommend quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot defects and optimize product configurations.
  • Deliver responsive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively using various tools including email, instant messaging, and collaboration platforms.
  • Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems validation, including compliance with electronic records and electronic signatures (ERES) regulations.
  • Experience in testing data and analytics in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Work experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical R&D, or life sciences industries is a plus.
