  • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
  • Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities. Evaluation and treatment.Required Credentials: Required Education: Master’s Degree.Preferred Skills/Experience: Inpatient Rehab Experience.Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Strokes, Debility, Hip FracturesTypes of Patients on Unit: Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult/Geriatric.Equipment Used on Unit: Equipment: Lite gait, walkers, Sci Fit, treatment tablesUnit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 36.Shift & Scheduling: The shifts are typically Monday-Friday. No weekend requirements but there may be assistance needed on a case-by-case basis. Weekend Hours: Saturday. Weekends: Every Other.7 days maximum time off2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submissionProof of identification required for submissionCertifications
