Job Overview
Amazon is seeking detail-oriented and ethical individuals for the role of Product Review Moderator. This remote position focuses on maintaining the integrity and compliance of customer-generated content, such as product reviews and ratings, across the Amazon marketplace.
If you have a sharp eye for policy violations, can evaluate large volumes of content quickly, and are interested in quality control within e-commerce, this is the perfect work-from-home opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate customer product reviews and ratings for accuracy and guideline compliance
- Identify fake, misleading, or abusive content and flag it for removal
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets Amazon's community standards
- Use internal tools to track review trends and suspicious activity
- Communicate findings and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or online community management preferred
- Strong understanding of online etiquette, grammar, and UGC policies
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with web-based tools and internal content review platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Must be a U.S. resident with valid work authorization
