Role: AJO Developer (Adobe Journey Optimizer) Location: Remote
Roles/Responsibilities: Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer Translate business requirements into AJO journeys, including customer segmentation, journey branching, Integrate AJO with AEP Real-Time CDP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems. Build complex customer journey workflows in AJO. Troubleshoot and debug AJO applications, provide technical support to development teams and business stakeholders. Continuously improve the Solution Architecture, team's knowledge, methodologies and customer-facing collateral
Skillset: Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and solid understanding of core AEP modules Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications Strong understanding of data management, including data ingestion, data modeling, and audience segmentation Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes 1-2 years of experience in developing journeys using AJO Experience in at least one other marketing automation platformv
