eDiscovery Functional Analyst - Secret Clearance - CAN Softtech Inc

This is designed for other than Information Technology functional expertise, but the expertise is required to support an IT task. Provides task-unique functional expertise necessary to interpret requirements, ensure responsiveness and achieve successful performance. Advises IT consultants with the analysis, evaluation and implementation of systems and other IT tasks. This is a non-management position.

Minimum Requirements

• Five (5) years relevant experience
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Must possess Secret Clearance

Additional Preferred Skills / Additional Relevant Experience / Additional Preferred Education:

• Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS)
• Five (5) years relevant experience in eDiscovery required.
• One (1) year experience with the Exterro eDiscovery platform to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.
• Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws including E-Government Act and Privacy Act.
• Expertise in governing information pursuant to industry standards.
• Broad experience in the preservation of metadata.
• Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project Management certification)
• BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience
