Requirements

  • Effectively managing key accounts relationships
  • Developing overall sub regional long-range and near-term strategic plans
  • Providing sales forecasts and managing both top and bottom lines
  • Developing effective and pragmatic pricing strategy to support long-term market growth
  • Managing sales channels and regional distributors
  • Developing and managing KOL relationships in the fields
  • Working with finance to provide periodic sales reports
  • Developing the domain expertise for the commercial team
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring the direct TAM and/or sales channel partner sales business plan
  • Responsible for the recruitment, development, retention, and management of the district team
  • Ensuring that Illumina’s commitment to customer satisfaction is performed, delivered, and constantly improved
  • Establishing territory quotas and achieving the quarterly and annual sales and profit plan
  • Maintaining profit margins through effective sales negotiation
  • Ensuring Salesforce.com (SFDC) is completely utilized, updated, and compliant with company policies and practices
  • Ensuring a high level of liaison with other departments
